Logan Grossman

Logan is an Associate Attorney at The Zegans Law Group who handles all aspects of the residential real estate transaction process including drafting and negotiating contracts for Coop/Condominium/Single and Multi Family home transactions, conducting extensive due diligence, reviewing and clearing title, coordinating with institutional lenders, and attending closings/assisting the firm’s clients with all closing matters.

 

Logan also assists Founding Partner Jason Zegans with various projects for both Landlords and Tenants within the firm’s Commercial Leasing Practice.

 

Logan takes pride in his around the clock availability and strives to make the buying/selling process simple, easy, and informative for each and every ZLG client.
