Jason Zegans

Jason is the founding partner of the Zegans Law Group, PLLC, who focuses his practice on real estate, corporate law and hospitality. He has extensive experience in commercial leasing (office, retail and restaurant), real estate sales, acquisitions and financing, formation and structuring of domestic and foreign entities and the drafting of complex operating agreements and partnership agreements with respect to the ownership, development and management of real property.  The breadth and scope of Jason’s experience also includes the drafting of complex partnership and joint venture agreements, corporate structuring and capital raising and general legal matters for restaurateurs, nightlife owners and operators, privately owned corporations, and family offices.  He represents many prominent developers, property owners, restaurant and nightclub owners, business owners, investors, first time and repeat buyers of residential property including single family homes, town homes, condominium apartments, and cooperative apartments.
