The firm has extensive experience in the closing of a variety of different types of loan transactions throughout the United States, including fee simple financing, leasehold financings, sale/leaseback transactions and purchaser money financing.

 

We have the expertise in handling all aspects of the closing and due diligence process, including but not limited to the preparation and negotiation of loan documents for loans secured by residential, multifamily and commercial properties.
