Lynda Hu
Lynda Hu is an associate at The Zegans Law Group. She focuses on residential real estate transactions. Her practice includes the negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and transactional documents for a wide range of property types, including new developments, condominiums, cooperatives, and one or more family dwellings. Lynda conducts in-depth due diligence on behalf of purchasers and sellers including the review of title reports, lien search, offering plans, board minutes, financial statements, and regulatory compliance. She advises clients on leasing matters, including retail leases, subleases, and lease amendments.
With a strong foundation in transactional law and a detail-oriented approach, Lynda helps clients navigate their transactions throughout the life cycle of a deal.
