Silvana Doda

 

Silvana is a Paralegal at the Zegans Law Group, PLLC. She has 15 years of experience in Project Management, Foreign Relations, Compliance, and Real Estate/Estates. Silvana currently handles the preparation of requisite Closing Documents such as Deed Transfers, Transfer Tax Documents, handles Closing Adjustments and Checklists. She maintains all The Zegans Law Group’s Real Estate clientele’s updated closing checklists and all related documents. She reviews and clears all Lien Searches and Title Reports, as well as reviews survey documents and easements.
